Mit diesem Verfahren werden ausschlie\u00dflich die folgenden ges\u00e4ttigten Monoglyceride bestimmt und quantifiziert: 1-C16:0, 2-C16:0 und 1-C18:0. Der Gesamtgehalt an ges\u00e4ttigten Monoglyceriden wird durch Aufsummieren der Einzelgehalte dieser drei ges\u00e4ttigten Monoglyceride berechnet.
