{"id":213033,"date":"2024-10-19T13:48:07","date_gmt":"2024-10-19T13:48:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/uncategorized\/bsi-20-30408010-dc\/"},"modified":"2024-10-25T06:41:08","modified_gmt":"2024-10-25T06:41:08","slug":"bsi-20-30408010-dc","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/publishers\/bsi\/bsi-20-30408010-dc\/","title":{"rendered":"BSI 20\/30408010 DC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This document classifies floor gullies for use inside buildings, gives guidance for places of installation and specifies requirements for the construction, design, performance and marking of factory made gullies for buildings, irrespective of the material, for use in drainage systems requiring a trap with a depth of water seal less than 50&nbsp;mm (referred to as floor gullies).<\/p>\n<div class=\"non-normative-note\">\n<div class=\"note-label\">\n  NOTE\n <\/div>\n<p>Floor gullies with a depth of water seal less than 50&nbsp;mm are not covered by Part&nbsp;1, Part&nbsp;7, Part&nbsp;8.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>These products are intended to be installed only where:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>space limitation will not accommodate a gully with a 50&nbsp;mm water sea;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>the building does not exceed a ground-floor and three floors above;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>at least two sanitary appliances are installed in addition to the gully but with only one toilet on the same branch (connection pipe);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>or secondary or branch ventilation is installed according to <span class=\"std\"><span class=\"std-ref\">EN&nbsp;12056-2<\/span>, 4.3.2<\/span> or 4.3.4.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><b>BS EN 1253-6.
