Dieses Dokument legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung von Benzo[a]pyren (B[a]P) im gesamten teilchenförmigen Material von Zigaretten-Hauptstromrauch unter Verwendung von Gaschromatographie/Massenspektrometrie (GC / MS) mit Cyclohexan als Extraktionslösungsmittel fest. Diese Methode wurde mit den Rauchparametern nach ISO 3308 validiert und ist technisch mit anderen Raucherregimen kompatibel. Dieses Dokument bietet eine alternative Methode zu der in ISO 22634-1 spezifizierten Methode mit einer anderen Reinigung, die weniger zeitaufwendig ist und mit einem reduzierten Analysenlauf eine potentielle Erhöhung des Probendurchsatzes im Vergleich zu ISO 22634-1 ermöglicht.*Inhaltsverzeichnis
