UGRADE. The vertical location of the ground surface.
UExisting Grade. The grade prior to grading
UFinish Grade. The final grade of the site that conforms to the approved plan.
URough Grade. The stage at which the grade approximately conforms to the approved plan.
UGRADING. Any excavating or filling or combination thereof.
